Strategic Non-Interference is the mechanics of stepping back at the exact moment creation is most sensitive.

Non-interference is grounded in one truth:

Trust the collapse: Probability collapses in the quiet phase.
Do nothing prematurely: Action taken too early resets the field.
Non-interference is not laziness.

Creation requires two movements:
